VAC bans are permanent. Nobody can remove it.
You still have your items, you just can't trade or sell them anymore. You can still play with them ingame.

They are not your virtual property, the owner is still Valve, you only bought the right to use them, apart from the fact that you still have them.

Какое право, вы когда заказываете на Амазон или еще гдето то же право на вещь покупаете , и ее могут забрать ? Или запретить с ней что то делать ?

If you had checked my profile, you would know that i don't add people with game or VAC bans.

Also i can't help you with locked inventory items.

Your ban is that old, it will never be removed, create a new account and move on.

When it comes to virtual things on Amazon (videos, music, etc.), they don't belong to you either; you've simply purchased the license.
If Amazon suspends your account for any reason, you're completely lost, and they're legally protected.

But if you're talking about physical objects, then that obviously has nothing to do with it. That would be like comparing a stone to a fly; it doesn't work.
