if you are asking about another account, its best to post with that account or provide a link to it.

no one here works for steam. if the account has a Game or Vac ban, its PERMANENT. it does not matter who was in control of the account when it earned the ban.

Your game ban has nothing to do with the VAC forum or the topic. Read the FAQ first before talking about cheats.

accounts are not taken, you can post a link to your profile on here. But anyway, best to click on the info button next to your ban and it will give you all the information.
