There is nothing you can do because your GAME BAN is permanent and cannot be removed by anyone.

Buy some glasses and learn to read, you have a game ban and not a vac ban.. Considering you say in your post "I leave in game", i suppose you got banned for leaving multiple matches which is absolutely bannable.

And also, stop using/promoting scam websites.
