VAC bans are permanent. Yours is so old that it doesn't even show up on the profile anymore. That ban will not be removed. In order to play the game on VAC secured servers... you have to play it on a different acount.

Valve does not provide that info to anyone.

That is not how that works. The information you get is the information that the account was banned. Not what precisely got detected.

If you want the proof, you’ll have to go to court, they’ll slap you with all the proof you’re asking for.

After 2551 days that ban is permanent. Support will give you information once, then after that straight up ignore you.

So either A) you cheated on your account and pc or B) you played on your account on a pc what was not yours and that pc had cheats on it or C) someone had access to your pc and account and cheated or D) someone had access to your account on another pc and cheated.

Now, its irrelevant who used the account, and like i said, ban is permanent. Meaning if it was "incorrect" then it would have been removed within couple hours to maybe a month or so, after the ban was applied. So in other words, that ban of yours, was already been checked and rechecked long time ago. Also in all this time you could have just gone to your profile and clicked on the info button next to your Vacban, which will give the same info and link below
