Yes, and when you click on that to see your profile, the red text on the right says "game ban", not "VAC ban" and there is an "info" button right next to that which you can interact with.

From that, it is explained that game bans cannot be appealed, and they are permanent for the game your account is banned in. This is just a user forum and not a place to attempt to appeal, even if that was allowed.
