what is the ban for?

Yes, I admit that I used to play with cheats, but I've never played on this account. I played with cheats on two accounts, and they got banned. I thought I'd create a new account and start playing normally without cheats. I've been playing, and I even bought a Prime account after a while. I haven't logged in to the game for about four days, maybe more. I decided to play, but Steam told me that my account was blocked. What should I do? I wanted to start playing without cheats, and I thought everything would be fine. I bought a Prime account, but I got banned.

You "buy" a Prime account?
I hope for your sake that you're just describing it very strangely and that you actually mean you bought Prime for the account, since buying an account violates the terms of use and you could lose the entire account.

You have a game ban, and as for the reason, the FAQ states the following:
Can you tell me why I was game banned?
No. We do not disclose the reason for your game ban.

By the way, cheats aren't necessary for a game ban; there are various reasons.

Prime is what gives you full access to the game cs2.
