My phone is VAC'd??
So I had an old steam account that had my phone number in it. I use to play games through steam on a cloud PC like Shadow & GeForce Now. But someone working for one of the companies broke their very own terms/rules & scooped up my data & started griefing my account which got me banned. This is my new/main account now & I'm getting my first ever gaming PC soon late November. But Steam isn't making it easy to contact them to remove the violation associated with my phone number. Can anyone help?

The game/vac ban on your other account is permanent and cannot be appealed against, there is nobody to contact as Steam Support do not investigate nor remove bans, they are for billing issues

There will be an info link next to the ban notice on the profile, everything is explained in there
Can't since the reason it's banned is because I was playing on a cloud PC like GeForce now, and they changed my email to something else and they used a VPN that directed to Germany, and broke the tos there. I cannot do anything.

Going forward, there are no restrictions place on phone numbers that were tied to an account that was banned, if I understand your issue correctly.

There are no restrictions placed on phone numbers that were on an account when the account was VAC banned; phone numbers can immediately be used on new accounts.

Looks like your account got hijacked. Pro tip: don't blame others for your mistakes.

There is no steam support. This is the way its always been. Support is non existent. All you will get is automated replies. I would suggest having a software engineer look into this issue to see why you got compromised and submit that to valve.
