Use this link to create a separate Support account after clicking "I have a different issue with my account" and "Contact Support", create the ticket and wait for Support's response via email.

And please, don't come here again to talk more about your ban be it temporary or permanent as this a user-to-user forum for discussing VAC and not a ban appeal forum.

this is a community only forum. you have no bans showing. But seeing you have a "1 day ban" tells me you have a global cooldown. Now people pointed out to you how to contact support, but here is the global cooldown info, like i said, it sounds like you have a global cooldown, which cannot be reduced or removed.

Failing to stay connected to the server
Any player who cannot remain connected or reconnect to the server in time will receive a Competitive cooldown. This may be caused by network, technical, or local issues with your machine, but any time a player leaves a Competitive server and does not reconnect in time a Competitive cooldown will be issued.

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
