I am a Steam account holder who's struggling to get into his account due to a system error both on the web and app during captcha verification.I recently changed my phone number and mobile device and no longer have access to them. I tried to enter the captcha details multiple times without success, as it's always showing the same error message. In addition to that it now show's that I have exceeded the amount of tries after the few attempts I did. There is no way of reaching out to stea support without going through the autoated process which requires the old phone number for me to move the authenticator. The old number is no longer in use and the line is closed as the mobile contract has ran out and I am now on a different phone number.
Has anyone faced this issue as well and any ideas how I might reach out to steam for support?
