Can't confirm my purchase on the mobile app
I just wanted to buy some tf2 weapons, but when the "Use the Steam Mobile App to confirm your purchase" pops up, i can't confirm it because the verification won't come to my mobile device. How can i fix this?

I ran into a verification loop similar to your issue, how I fixed it was unlinking all my devices phone and pc, logging out all devices, then open steam on pc, then delete browser web data, and I deleted my cache and then I was able to use market place again. On my phone and pc. You can try this to see if it helps. Good luck.
