I don't have access to steam guard
I no longer have access to steam guard I broke my phone on which there was steam guard and I also don't have access to mail because the mail was on that phone please help

Put sim card from broken phone into new phone.

You will have to get in touch with support and start the steps to recover your account. Be aware that they will most likely ask for proof of ownership.
