You can't.... Steam sells PC games not mobile games.

only option is to use steam link to be able to play on your phone, but even then its going to suck. There is no Android games on steam and no games on steam what will work directly on phones.

Steam does not sell games that are compatible using Android (or iOS) devices. You cannot download your Steam games directly to your Android (or iOS) devices.

With a stable internet connection you could use the Steam Link remote play application but that still requires you to have a device running the game locally. (like a PC or SteamDeck)
