1. Steam sells games for PC (Windows, MacOS and Linux). Not mobile games.
2. Steam cannot enforce any games to release mobile compatible versions.
3. Just use the app store for your iOS or Android device to get compatible games.

Steam is a pc platform, not mobile hence why it is constantly requested. You can do things with your phone to get steam games running on it, I will leave the research to you, otherwise utilize steamlink.

mobile is for mobile. pc games for pc games. besides you can play your steam games on your phone via steam link, but you need to be on the same network.

I don't think all steam games should be put on mobile, just as I think virtual reality games should not be mandatory as the new normal, but I do believe that steam should make mobile games I would much rather download mobile games from steam than Google Play or App Store by far.

It is up to the devs of the game to make a proper mobile version of the game.

Steam sells PC games.
And while you can play PC games on mobile via SteamLink, they will not run correctly/or at all due to that version of the game not being made for play on mobile.
