It sounds like a WebView issue. The google garbage for the inbuilt browser. It's a pretty common issue. Try updating it. Otherwise, disabling it (this doesn't always work depending on the Android version) is an option, and if the app is smart, it will open an actual browser rather than that garbage WebView browser.

It was safe to uninstall as it use to cause alot more issues back then, and because users uninstalled it they made it a "necessary component" on the later versios of android to stop users from uninstalling.

I have tried your advice. Disabled Google chrome and tried to buy a game. This time my phone use the original browser of the phone (it's Mi browser), but I still couldn't buy a game. It said my purchase got cancelled.
I don't think there's a solution, even the steam support team cut off my report.
