Why Steam ates too much mobile data internet ?
I've been using Steam on my phone via mobile data connection since a few days and Steam already used 1800 MB of my mobile data. I usually use trading subforum,trade,use stickers book chat with friends and check discovery queue.What takes most connection ?

Well because of the Steam servers.


My data usage of Steam mobile has reached to like 5GB...

There is a ton of thumbnails and photos most likely, especially with GIFs.

Steam requires alot of data to load all the images, words etc. I guess you could say it's not fine tune for mobile.

connect your phone to the wifi if you have one.

Ye so the thumbnails of game pages and all the gifs need to be loaded as they are pictures and gifs now this would not a problem if steam was not so full of ui elements pictures profile pics and everything I wished they made steam mobile lite without all that beautiful trash for us data hoggers
