You give me the impression of a person with a low level of patience who isn't willing to try new things and actually let those new things grow on them with time.
You have you opinion, i have my opinion. Sorry my bad english goodnigh
Your opinion is kind of worthless if it's not backed up by constructive arguments.
Let's imagine, for a moment, what the world might have been like if Valve was the kind of company to take this sort of feedback on board. The most obvious difference is: Steam wouldn't exist anymore.
When Steam was first being developed, everyone hated it (and I do mean everyone). It was riddled with bugs and everyone just wanted to go back to the way things were before Steam. There was no shortage of people like you, who had nothing more to say than, "This sucks! I like the old system better! Let's go back to the old system!". Valve ingored those people; not because Valve thought they were wrong, mind you. I'm certain they knew Steam was causing people nothing but hassle at the time, but they also knew that it was a new product that had not matured yet. They knew that if they kept working on it, they would have something that the bulk of the community actually enjoys. That's how we got Steam today.
The same thing applies to the new Steam Community. I am certain that Valve knows that the new community has issues and shortcomings, but they want to keep working on it to turn it into something better than what we had before. To do that, they need constructive feedback.
Filters. Would it be possible to add some sort of filtering system? When I go into Discussions>Game Discussions or a game hub, I like that I can see what other people I don't even know have to say about said game or community offering, but I'd also like the option to filter it out to just see what people on my friends list have to say. And what about filtering your friends list as well? There are some folks I barely know, but don't want to remove from my friends list for some reason or other, but I don't care what they have to say either.
Another thing, you'd think with all these updates, you can find the time to maybe squeeze in an invisible online mode. Sometimes I want to play a game without being interrupted by every person on my friends list that can see I'm online. Perhaps I want to remain online to see who is online, but I don't want to be seen either online or playing a game. Even if we can just hide that we're currently playing "XSTEAMGAMEX" but still be seen as online would be nice.
More profile options would be nice too. Or something that would ultimately take the place of requiring a separate forum. An expansion on the group concept. Groups are nice, but then there are those groups that invite everyone that will take an invite so they can spam you via chat with phishing attempts. I like the group pages, but more customization would be keen. Maybe a way to create our own forums for our Steam groups within the Steam platform.
Now I'm just spitballing, but I wanted to contribute.
