Steam website used to have a clearly visible "software" category to browse apps like animation etc. But now I can't see any such category.

I click "browse" from top nav, nothing. So I click "Categories" on top nav, and all I get is games categories. Is the category no longer on Steam? Are they deliberately trying to hide this category? It's almost like they try to make finding things difficult.
