I've been trying to purchase items from community market. I have money in my wallet but it asks me to Add funds. I don't have any restrictions. I have purchased items from the community market before. The price of the item is less than the amount I have in my wallet too.

Any help will be appreciated. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post but I cannot find the correct way to contact steam support.
