Valve sends the deck to the facility for one of those companies(Or the pick it up at Valve's factory/storage place) and then they deliver it from there.
Valve is in Washington state so if it goes by ground(typical) then it will arrive within a week, probably 3 days once it hits the delivery company's truck.
The steam store forums are not the place to look for this type of help.
It was a Steam Deck purchased here.
OP, typically 1 week but with holiday shopping possibly up to 2 weeks.
The steam department that handles sales of the steam deck are not here on the forum, and have no access to the forums. A contact toll free number and a link to that support ticket system (Not the same support team as the one here on the steam sales store is included in the email.
Steam Support is Steam Support. It's one in the same.
