I cannot launch game, im missing something when it is downloaded from steam, it used to run ok and even when i bought a new pc it still won't launch so it must be server/cloud config that i may have screwed up? can anyone help? tried validating files and it does not fix it, tried deleting all files and redownloading but still does not launch
