Steam Card Trading - Transaction Fee Requires Regional Pricing Adjustment
Regarding:

https://psteamhelp.yuanyoumao.com/en/faqs/view/61F0-72B7-9A18-C70B#steamfee

...due to the USD based Transaction Fee pricing , this has immediately screwed me completely when selling in my South African ZAR currency.

My average Card Sale sits at around ZAR0.7 - ZAR1.30. With this new system, instead of the old 15% going to Steam and the Creators, I now am sending them 44%.

This is only alleviated when I go over the threshold caused by the fixed new Transaction Fee, and is around ZAR3.00 for me which is the start of Foil Cards and a rare thing.

I'd propose these transaction fee's be revisited and aligned to Steam's already excellent Regional Pricing policies, literally the only reason South Africa is not still one of the most efficient Gaming Software Piracy Capitals of the planet.

That'd be reasonable if cards mined in South Africa. Could only be bought, sold, or traded within South Africa.

The issue is the fee's are fixed but not scaled with Currency Conversion. The Rand is 17:1 USD right now. The fee itself is an issue in of course, but the discrepency introduced after currency conversion makes this a bigger issue for Dollar weak currencies.
