Shouldn't matter what someone does, and don't need to stalk them to figure anything out, just move on that all there is to it, and you said it yourself, you don't like that person, just block them, and move on that simple.

I have mine set to “only me.” So even people who are friends can’t post on my profile, only I can.

Mine is also set to friends only and just being selective who you accept as friend

Now sounds like you're confused.

What that person has no relevance to what you do, if you're worried if they comment on your screenshots, artwork, workshop, or guides, you simply just block that person that it, and they won't be able comment on your things, and if for some reason you're in same chat group, the block will hide their comments from showing to you.
