^This ^ is it. This is their end-all-be-all nuke selective enforcement of any post mods don't like.

This goes for Steam discussions, as well as individual games, it's been going on for years , and it never gets any better.
I have a consistent issue where I get connected to Russian servers in games (I do not live in Russia, and I do not speak Russian).
I opened a discussion about it, asking how to fix it- "Oh, you want to be queued with people in your own country? So you're racist!" This post contains content that is combative , post deleted, BANNED for 5 days
Appeal? Denied. Second time they banned for asking this .
The community discussion is useless for anything worth discussing. It's an over-moderated mess, and it always has been.

Most games do not even have servers in Russia as right now sanctions prevent this.

So more likely Russians are getting connected to other servers.

So in short not all countries have their own servers so you will be queued with people from other countries. If you don't like it your option is to not play online games.

Nothing to fix working as intended.

Too bad I received a 5 day ban for asking, and my question was deleted before that could happen.

I understand you perfectly. A year ago, I was also very upset about the local moderation. She reminds me of the Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland. I wrote the word "clown" and got banned. I uploaded a picture with the word "♥♥♥♥" and didn't mark it 18+ – got banned. I asked about Pinterest on Steam – got banned. Now I've come to terms with it and try not to use the forum anymore and not to upload a lot of pictures. The funniest thing is that there are radical groups on Steam—for example, Ukrainian or Russian ones—that call for violence or boycotts of opposing sides. They leave links to their profiles there so others can write nasty things to them. And Steam leaves them alone.

As the saying goes, "How is the Queen of Hearts like a typhoon?" They both indiscriminately destroy everything around them...
