Need help with refund but cannot contact a living person...
I recently purchased Black Ops 6 by mistake instead of Modern Warfare 3. All the people I want to play with play Modern Warfare 3 and not Black Op 6. Now I have been playing the version of Warzone for a few weeks and Steam is declining a refund on a game I bought yesterday because it shows my playtime from the free Warzone game for all of Call of Duty. How can I contact a person that is capable of reading, reasoning, and thought to help me with my refund.

Help > Steam Support > Purchases > (Name of Game) > "I have a question about this purchase"

You have to go in that order or the last option won't be there.

You can explain the issue there.

Don't touch Warzone or any title in the HQ until support gives you an answer.

Thank you. I just submitted "I have a question". It shouldn't be this hard for a refund on a game that was bought less than 24 hours ago.

Doesn't matter. If you're outside the refund policy window, then you're not guaranteed a refund. All you can do is ask, but if they say no, that's that.
