Steam will not let me cancel my game subscription. I have attempted to cancel multiple times and I am receiving an error that says there was a problem and to contact Steam Support. When I try to contact support it is a loop explaining the same thing over and over again, steps I have already done. I know how to cancel the subscription. Steam is not *allowing* me to cancel it. Steam refers me to support from Zenimax Online Studios and Zenimax Online Studios refers me to Steam. I just want to cancel this subscription. This is a Steam issue with a reoccurring ESO plus membership purchased through Steam not ESO. So I need Steam support.
