marketplace bugging out

its been weeks and i cant access the market
it keeps telling me i overload the ip by too many requests
the thing is its THE FIRST TIME I CLICK IT
none in my house uses steam other than me so i dont think thats the problem
my account is perfectly fine no bans no trade locks or anything
how do i fix this i tried resetting my ip my router even contacting and it still doesnt work

for me the problem is that it sends me an email to confirm my account after i try to buy something from the marketplace and then i confirm my email (it sends me like 4 at the same time) and it says to go back to the original purchase and i try to purchase it again and it makes me confirm AGAIN and nothing happens. it makes me keep confirming it without clearing the purchase over and over until it says nah u tried this too many times bye

idek what to do i cant buy anything
