Hello,

I can’t access the Steam Community Market without using a VPN — it shows an error or doesn’t load.
When I turn on a VPN, the Market opens, but I can’t buy any items.
When I click “Buy Now,” nothing happens, no money is deducted, and there’s no purchase record.

I’ve tried restarting Steam, changing networks, and using different VPN servers (Germany, Singapore, Netherlands), but the problem still exists.

Please check if my account or region has any Market restrictions.

But as too your problem:

A) when using a VPN, make sure you are using a vpn server in the same region that you are in. Using VPN outside your region can get your steam account locked up, if you trip any one the steam server rules with purchasing things on steam using a VPN that shows your ip address outside of your region..

B) Your hitting the API limiter.

Here is the info:

For Valve's inventory and community market API this bundled together group of users using CGNAT or Dual Stack Lite looks like a single user.

If you waited several days to weeks, your only recourse is getting a public IPv4 address. It doesn't matter whether this one is static or dynamic. Ask your ISP on how to obtain one.

If you already have a public also known as dedicated IPv4 address, you should stop spamming inventory actions.

If your ISP supports ipv6, then turn off ipv4... This will also help solve the problem.
