IPv4 addresses are not unique anymore. As there are more humans (8 billion) than IPv4 addresses (4.2 billion), ISPs have chosen to route users together on an identical IPv4 address. This technique is known as CGNAT.

For Valve's community market API this bundled together group of users looks like a single user.

I'm having the same issue right after selling items in my inventory. The issue has been staying this way for more than a month now, I'm not sure how long this is going to take

A few weeks ago I've got notification about new inventory from one of games. When I clicked the notification that redirect me to the inventory page, it says the same error. Restarting router (turn it off, wait about minute and turn it on) doesn't fix it.

they were a bit not so cooperative about it and closed my ticket
they said i am using an automation method on steam or using a vpn
vpn yeah i use on my phone but not pc and
dude i dont even play trading games
