Deauthorize all devices https://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com/twofactor/manage
Change your password on a secure device.
Generate new back up codes. https://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com/twofactor/manage
Revoke the api key (this should be empty) https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/dev/apikey
Afterwards, report the account via their profile for being compromised.
In the profile report options...
Select option 5.
Select option 4 and explain.
And then tell your friend you sent messages to that they should NOT click the link.
