cant access steam community market. can someone let me know the reason.

Hello,
I just got back to cs, got a case and wanted to sell it in the market, but im not able to access it. not even see stuff in the market. idk whats the issue, my last purchase is not 1 year old either, no vac ban or any community ban. i have mobile authenticator and steam guard enabled as well.

but when i go to steam community market it says error and directs me to home page.

if it's ( you made too many requests ) problem, you need to restart your router so it will change your IP so you can access the market again.

yes it is too many requests issue, but i havent used steam for year.

You hit an API quota limit. This quota limit is IPv4 based. If restarting your router doesn't help, you'll have to wait it out.

IPv4 addresses are not unique anymore. As there are more humans (8 billion) than IPv4 addresses (4.2 billion), ISPs have chosen to route users together on an identical IPv4 address. This technique is known as CGNAT.

For Valve's community market API this bundled together group of users looks like a single user.
