Matchmaking abuse is literally ignored(along with thousands of players who complain about it) by valve due to fear of backlash from todays "woke" era. So sadly this game will continued to be ruined by abusers who qeue up outside the server that are high MMR, cannot communicate with you and have different latencies. If anyone knows how to wake up valve to realizing an alternative to separate regional player pools at higher MMR or weigh/prioritize local matches that would be great, but sad to say I don't think they care either way, they would much rather "include" everyone, but its not really including them, its allowing them to abuse a loophole and ruin the game, brilliant.
