Problem with purchase a game
I purchased the game GTA V using an e-wallet (LinkAja) and my Steam Wallet balance. The payment was successfully deducted from my e-wallet, but the game has not been added to my library, and it's been almost 3 days. Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

The Payment status is failed

That clearly means your money is with (LinkAja).

They told me to wait until July 5, and if the game is still not added to my library by then, they told me to contact them again.

DO NOT contact Steam support for payment problems like this. They cannot help you as they have no access to the banking system.

What happens is that payments especially through third party payment providers like this, often timeout. Your money DOES NOT leave your account, it just gets ring fenced so you can't use it.

If you wait a few days, it gets released.

That's all you can do - wait.
