Well that depends some devs opt to moderate themselves other games just opt for STEAM general moderation.
ohh i didn't know that , i assumed steam controls it and simply doesn't know what some people do with their moderating power .
But if a gaming company controls a forum and won't let criticism be posted, well that says alot.

as a jew, I find what you said here, although indirectly, to be very anti-semetic. you can't simply criticise israel while jews exist, just because we're jewish doesn't mean we're zionist but if you criticise zionism it's an attack on jews and if you cant accept this then you are very anti-semetic and will be accosted by sub 90 iq jew-slaves after being officially labelled anti-semite. it's a big deal goyim, if you're anti-semetic you're anti usury, anti child r pe, anti corporate, anti disney, anti israel, anti semetic, anti genocide... the list goes on... we as jews cannot accept all of that anti-semetism... please refrain from further jew-noticing and pay a $88 fine.

It's likely an office worker somewhat involved in the game for the company that made the game, as it most likely says the ban was applied by the Developer or Hub Moderator, which are not Steams moderators.
They know, and they will generally only step in if a Developer crosses the line. But if they go to see people doing the same thing in numerous hubs then complaining about it, chances are they'll do nothing.
Because it *is* bait lol...... Anyone with half a brain cell will see that.
It's also not criticism, nor constructive, nor useful to anyone, so to that end it's also considered ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, which guess what? is also banned.
And you still wonder why you got banned?
Im not defending Ubislop here, they've trashed enough of their franchises and deserve all the hate they get, but don't act surprised they ban you for trash talking. All the other game hubs will ban you for this too.
"Baiting" is not allowed within the Steam Community Hubs.
Across multiple game hubs, doing the exact same unconstructive baiting, yes.
The general forums are handled by steam support and are only done via reported content.
