Cmon guys, i sold it 5 dollars below market worth, i want the money now i didnt sell it for no reason. Its always the same why should i wait 2 days???? I already have 2 factor auth, what is this??? Really it makes me mad, your freezing MY money for no reason, and its not an feature to make my account safer, for what did you guys implement 2 factor auth??? Really, annoying....

It's technically Valve's money. Once it's wallet funds, Valve owns it. They can restrict their usage as they please.

But there is a reason, Its to stop things like fraud and money laundering.

when you use their platform you agree to their terms and conditions, and it's not your money until it's in your wallet

Your right guys, ive calmed down again, still i think they should add the feature to be able to communicate about this with them, because as they say, theres no way support can help with this.

They only handle account login issues and billing issues involving debit/credit cards.
They have no power over wallet funds obtained from marketplace transactions.

There is, very top where it states "Support".

It is the closest they will get to any help with that which support could let them know they do not handle those topics.
