Your order cannot be completed because your cart contains items that you've already purchased, but removed from your account. Please visit support to re-enable access to your content.
How do i fix this error
I removed the game on my library but then i tried repurchasing it. I got this error message
how do i fix this?

Open steam client, click HELP, Steam Support, then Search for the name of the Game if it's not directly visible, then click Restore previously removed package.

Remove from library is more of an advanced hide, it does not remove it from your account. Accounts can only own one copy of a game so you will not be able to re-buy it.

Follow the steps above to restore it.
