Open the discussion hub of any game you own and ask in that discussion hub as they also own the game , discussions for our games in the library highlight a game look under the artwork ;)

Not really a good idea to add random people you don't know.

In the real world, you wouldn't accept a lift or an invite to a party from someone you don't know so why add a total stranger to your online 'friend's list'?
