If someone contacted you claiming, that they've "accidentally reported your account" - it's a scam.

Block, report, ignore.

If someone told you that they accidentally reported you and you will be banned, that's a scam.

But don't take my word for it. Take Steam Support's word:

Don’t answer them, block them, and report them immediately. They are scammers, they will redirect you to a fake Steam support scammer, and try to steal your financial details!
