You are refunding too many games and you need to slow down with them. You need to do more research before purchasing so you buy less games you end up refunding. If you continue refund like you're now, you'll eventually get harsher second and final warning. If you still won't stop, you'll eventually be informed that your refunding privilege is revoked permanently.
