Please educate yourself on the difference between a ban and a cooldown.

This is a user to user ONLY steam related sub-forum. There are no valve or steam staff in the forums reading them. contact steam support or the game developer for help.

Your account is under cooldown, not ban. Cooldowns are a security measure, not a punishment like bans are. There is no one, not even Steam Support, that can reduce or remove a cooldown. Your only option is to wait it out.

3 day cooldown would probably be from charging your wallet using new, non verified external payment method.
