I have the same problem: All 3 guides work fine, while the 4th one gives "Failure Code: 15" for today. i'm cannot add a section, save a modified section, or delete the manual itself. For the same reason, the manual had to be recreated by copying the content.

I had to create another manual - in the end, after a while, it also does not work. Can anyone explain where such gags are coming from?

Hey guys, I got a response from Steam Support a few hours ago. This is what they said:

This is simply an automated check which makes such that there is no illicit or inappropriate content in what is posted before it is made visible to other users.

I was able to check afterwards and my issue got fixed. I guess there was just a waiting period on this.

Mine is also being checked for illicit links (to steal other peoples' information and stuff). I guess, I have to wait until this check is finished. Thanks mate!

It works!! I can save again!! What happened probably is that my content was checked by the automatic system for links and stuff, so that's why I couldn't save it. But hopefully, now I will be able to finish it today :) I will send a link if I do manage to finish my guide.

Hi!!!, tell me how can fix!!!!, I have a guide that I have not been able to publish for two months, and I can't delete it either, I am getting sicker and sicker, please tell me what I have to do!

I honestly don't know how to fix this issue. I always experience this problem to when trying to make guide. I believe it probably has to do with internet connection, or just a steam client bug.
