Purchase Failures
I've been trying to purchase games, and it's constantly declining and saying that it's pending my purchases because of my credit card company. I had someone gift me the game and he had the same issue which causes me to believe that it's a problem with steam itself. How do I fix this?

If you have PayPal, use that instead.

Save yourself money and DONT buy on steam!
Its a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke!
The refund policy seems good until you need it. It seems like all the broke games they wont refund. If you buy multiple games at a time. They wont refund. If you buy multiple games because its a sale YOU BETTER PLAY THEM ALL RIGHT THE ♥♥♥♥ AWAY! If not and there is 1 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ issue. They wont refund. I have so many broken games I paid for on this ♥♥♥♥ ASS PLATFORM. I have more broken games than I do games that work. It shouldnt be like that! I have a brand new computer. Its not on my end. ITS 100% on their end! They can fix this by taking off their ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up games. Are they doing it? NOPE! To much money in selling broke ♥♥♥♥ and not refunding it!
