games not appearing in library
new to all this. i found a free game i was interested in. i clicked add to library. it says it was added to my library, but when i click on games nothing appears. i go back to that game and it says it is in my library. but still lists no games for me. i have tried on computer and app. on app if i click on library it says 'oops, something went wrong while loading this page.' please assist

Okay, so try to tweak the filters in your library and steam. Also you may notice little symbols at the top near where it says games, click those an see if games appear. if not your steam client may be outdated for whatever reason try reinstalling - Thats all i think. I hope that helps. if not shoot me a dm
