If steam doesn't work then ask the steam Support kindly

Try to survive

1.run the app outside of steam (as a exe) and check if it runs, if it gives out an error, google it

2. win + r, "eventvwr.msc" then look for the game, if you found the problem, fix it

3. install procmon.exe, open it, click on files, turn off capture events, click on clear (eraser icon in tool bar) then click on fliter then add the exe of your game, ok, then turn on capture events, then run the game, then highlight any error, and look for more then one error and download missing dll (if my explaining is too bad, use a yt tutorial ) thanks for reading and pls reward me
