it seems steam online games doesnt work atleast for my games and for frinds aswell

I am unable to login to any games through Steam. I found out Steam was one of the companies impacted by the AWS outage. I can't figure out how to submit a ticket to Steam. All I could find was Steam saying to contact the game developer if I have any issues. But it isn't one game issue - it's anything I try to login to that goes through Steam. Any ideas? Anyone having this issue?

Tuesday is Steam maintenance that is why you were having login in issues.
