Steam ignores it's customers

I have posted a dozen times about Dota 2 and the lack of support from Valve. Specifically the cheating and smurf accounts make the game unplayable and it has been removed from my library after 4000+ hours.

I could understand if this company I have patronized Valve, spending well over $2000. You would think Valve would at least attempt to respond to reasonable comments from customers. Instead, they ignore your comments and feel they do not have to address your concerns or thoughts.

THAT is where it breaks down for me. Being on Steam for 20 years, this is a slap in the face and very disrespectful., I may not like what you say in regards to cheaters and smurf accounts, but at least give thoughtful response to the 1000s of comments regarding the Dota 2 issues, instead of sticking your head in the sand or elsewhere.

Watch out peeps, this person has spent money AND time on Steam! I agree they should be instated as a member of the board immediately.

Valve* you mean. Ofc they ignore everyone. They only care about Steam, community market and all stuff related to their economic benefit. It sucks, but that's Valve.

Yeah, even with their biggest game in Half Life, they nickel-and-dimed the fans into having to buy it in episodes...which of course led to it being unfinished. Many of the rest of their big hits is taking mods someone else made of their games and selling them themselves (Portal, Team Fortress, Counterstrike, etc) Heck, the entire reason Steam is free in the first place is so they can get away without having to provide any support.
