Highly unlikely, besides your PC being as hot as the sun, each window becomes active as you use it, cancelling out any existing windows that might be open.

Something like autohotkey can send keystrokes to passive windows. Would be a mess, but possible.

(I frequently run two steam games at a time on my Mac and sometimes three; they are all lightweight games so it's not that big of a deal)
