Do you mean Steam Trading Cards? Steam Trading Cards they are given out when you play a game on Steam that has trading cards. Have you checked if the game has trading cards? And if you got the game for free you will not get trading cards but I know in some free games like TF2 for example if you spend 10 dollars on the in game shop you will get 1 card each. But from a game you spent money on you should get like if the game had 5 trading cards you get 3 card drops these cards should all drop within about 3 hours or less. After a card dropped Steam should give you a notification on the green bell icon on the top right of Steam that a card has dropped or you can check by going on the game page on libary on Steam and going to the trading card section. And to check how many cards are left to drop for a game go on badges on Steam and go to the game the trading cards for and it should say how many card drops remaining or "no card drops remaining" if all cards have dropped.
