Rep stands for reputation.

It's a useless reputation system that is often used by scammers to look like a legitimate trader with a good reputation and many profile comments. Plus, you can easily manipulate your "reputation" by deleting negative comments or by "trading" for positive comments ("+rep for +rep").

It's basically just spam.
