Follow steps 1-6 to secure your account:

2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.

4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.

6. Revoke the API key https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Sounds like you got scammed homie. Do you know this "friend" or did you just add him?

I know my friend and i was contacted through Steam, and the situation had a case number and they locked my account. I dont believe it was a scam from an outsider because of the live service and contact i had with the employee, i have his name and some text documented.

You literally described the most common scam. That's why he asked you to trade your item to a "friend" and that's how a scam bot on your account switched trade receipent to scammer.

Steam will never contact you to verify trade, as an appeal from ban etc. If someone claims otherwise or tries to redirect you to Discord to talk with someone - it's always a scam.

Stop using third party skin trading/gambling scam sites or clicking suspicious links
All third party skin trading/gambling sites are scams.

Valve doesnt scam peoples of millions of worth in skins and scams your 150 dollar skin. You really think Valve stays in that 150 dollars of you. Buddy you got scammed. I suggest if you are friend in irl with that dude of yours search on him. And if it s a random friend from steam that won your trust buddy, you are cooked. You got yourself a nice scam
