Talk to the 3rd party as it has nothing to do with Steam and they are not supported in anyway.
They are all use at your own risk. The risks includes but are not limited to stolen accounts, items, and money.
Also using your name to advertise for them is not allowed on Steam. Support will reset your name which will come with an increasing ban on changing your name.
